Living Awake: Awakening Into Life, Not Away From It With over twenty years of teaching experience, I am a spiritual awakening mentor devoted to supporting the recognition of true nature and awakening as it is actually lived. This includes the full embrace of our humanity, not a turning away from it. In a time of rapid planetary change, what is needed now is spirituality that meets real human experience. That means recognizing nature as part of us, not something separate. It means caring for one another and for Mother Earth and all creatures. Ancient teachings that still carry truth inform this work, alongside what is alive and present now. I offer guidance grounded in what is real for each person I work with. I lead in-person retreats, offer online courses, host a monthly online gathering, and provide private mentoring.
