UNESCO Chair on Anticipatory Governance and Regenerative Cities, PHILIPPINES hosted by Northwestern University, Laoag City, Ilocos Norte, is the FIRST and ONLY UNESCO/UNITWIN Programme Chair in the Philippines which aims to undertake research, learning, and community engagement activities that deepen and extend knowledge of public institutions and communities on anticipatory systems and processes that enhance decision-making capabilities throughout society, with a particular emphasis on regenerative futures and governance systems. The Chair will collaborate with various actors and partners to curate and implement initiatives that enhance public institutions and communities' futures, foresight, innovation, and regeneration capacities through action learning and research.
