Joker's Whoop

Joker's Whoop, a compelling alternative rock band hailing from Guwahati, India, was established back in 2012. The band currently consists of drummer Bibhash Baishya, bassist/keyboardist Ifty Sarwar and vocalist/guitarist Kunal Bhattacharya. The music is a fusion of intricate guitar-based melodies seamlessly interwoven with soulful poignant poetry, exploring the existential journey of human existence through the lens of a'watcher.' This unique blend of musical craftsmanship inspired by introspective lyrics is aptly coined as 'poetry rock,' a genre that beautifully encapsulates the essence of the band's sound.
