About A New Dad's First Year
If you were like me, you probably have lots of questions as a new dad.
I’m a 38-year-old father of three: a 5-year-old son, a 3-year-old daughter, and a baby girl who’s almost one. And even after doing this three times, year one still hits harder than anyone talks about.
Most dads carry their questions quietly — the doubts, the guilt, the moments we’re not proud of. This is where I finally open up about them, so you can feel a little less alone, and know that it’s ok to open up too.
