Welcome to Wander Nomad! My name is Alberto, a Brazilian/ Canadian guy who ventures on YouTube at the age of 59. But why? Perhaps because at 54 years old I switched a steady job as a Psychology Professor and department coordinator to become a Digital Nomad 🌍 always choosing culture over Landmarks and people over sightseeings. Or perhaps because I am gay and married, and I don't see many other digital nomad gay couples on youtube. Or perhaps it is because all of the above. Anyway, after years of hitting the road, I decided to kick off this channel in December 2023 to share the ride with anyone who’s young at heart, even if they've got a few silver strands! My aim is to dive into local vibes, hang with locals, explore the world, and now share it with others... ... because age is just a number, right?
