Hi, I'm Chef Jeff Harter and I live on the island of Mallorca, Spain for the past 13 years with my wife, 4 dogs, 3 cats and 2 goats. I have been a Chef for just about 25 years working all over Spain and many parts of Europe. I have done my time in great places like NYC, Aspen, Jackson Hole, San Diego ,and Boulder Colorado where I am originally from. I specialize in Plant-Based Mediterranean Cuisine but also can crank out some killer ribs or tasty sushi rolls. I moved to Spain just over 20 years ago to learn about the food and wine culture here with the intention of moving back to the states to open a Spanish Restaurant. However, I have truly fallen in love with this beautiful and amazing country. I did stages at many of Spains best restaurants including El Bulli and Arzak both 3 star Michelin restaurants. I want to share with you my cooking secrets and what it is like living on an Island in The Mediterranean Sea along with some of my adventures around Europe.
