Ireland my Island — YouTube Channel Statistics

I have created this YouTube channel with the intention of making short films on Irish history. Not only will I use historians but also ordinary people with a passion for local history who will tell their stories here. I come from a military background (retired soldier) and for the last 6 years I was involved with Ireland’s Military Story magazine (photographer/videographer historical researcher) and I was part of setting up a charity The Irish Military Heritage Foundation plc, I feel now is a good time for me to step back from all that and start this channel for the ordinary man on the street to have his chance to record history. I’ll also be interviewing people privately for families to record their loved ones everybody has photographs to remember our loved ones by, So why not have it video recorded for the future.
