Sharing practical tips, helpful resources and recovery stories from the ME/CFS and Long Covid community ________ My name is Charlotte and my journey with ME/CFS began in 2007 At times it was mild enough I could work and live independently Other times it’s been so severe I spent several years bedbound, unable to wash myself or feed myself! ________ Gaining knowledge and understanding about why I’m experiencing certain symptoms helps me feel more in control of my illness. Many of us have learnt to become our own doctor. We’ve gone through years of trial and error, trying a huge array of treatments in an attempt to improve our health. I wanted to build a community where we can share our knowledge and experiences so I created Living With ME
