Cover tunes sung through the voice of the guitar.... Hello, I’m Stuart, a self-taught musician from the UK. I’ve been playing guitar for over 25 years - inspired to switch from keyboard after watching a recording of the Venice show of Pink Floyd’s Delicate Sound of Thunder tour. I’ve always loved the melody of a song and as I play by ear, learning to play David Gilmour's epic solo’s really inspired me. Solo Guitar TV is my effort to use the guitar to play the full melody of songs (vocals and solos) in my own style - drawing on my main musical influences which include: David Gilmour, Joe Perry, Jimmy Page, Slash, Angus Young, Mark Knopfler, Joe Bonamassa, Steven Tyler, Paul Rodgers, Robert Plant, Chris Robinson, Justin Hayward and Paul McCartney. Capturing and expressing the the feel of a song is really important to me. Therefore all of the songs are played, recorded and filmed live in one take. I hope you enjoy! S
