SAIS Philip Merrill Center for Strategic Studies

The Philip Merrill Center for Strategic Studies at Johns Hopkins SAIS operates as a center for strategic thought and education, promoting the study of the relationship between politics and military power to the national security community and providing graduate students with extracurricular programming. The Center holds analytical workshops for rising national security leaders, training opportunities for practitioners, and events for the Johns Hopkins SAIS community. It also supports strategic studies faculty and fellows’ research and other initiatives.
