About Hybrid Workouts

I've been working out for 25 years now...minus a few years due to drug addiction (pain killers, heroin & methadone). So #1: you can overcome anything. Just set your mind to it, and do it. When I returned to fitness after my "party days", I was so out of shape that I couldn't even do a pull-up anymore (and 30 pounds heavier). Throughout my 25 years I've done all areas of fitness. Traditional strength training, bodybuilding, Crossfit, calisthenics, yoga, olympic lifting, power lifting...you name it, I've done it. I've was also trained for years by a top level trainer in the fitness industry, where I learned a TON about programming. My channel is meant to help people enjoy fitness. My goal is to be happy. Not to look perfect or set world records, but to FEEL good. Follow my EXACT workouts I do...I post every workout I do in order! I've found a mix of all the styles of training is best for my overall health, so you will see a mix of everything! Hope you enjoy my workouts!
