WebTV portal managed by journalists based in Beirut, Lebanon which aims to give a clear overview and explanation of a given country in the region - ideal for diplomats, students, academics, geopolitical experts and of course other journalists who need to get up to speed quickly on a subject or area. It's all about speed. Meex aims to explain a country to you with the basics which you need to know before you move on and plunge deeper. The aim of the authors is to create a 'first stop' for people trying to understand the complexities of the region and the videos chosen are specifically in the playlists for that purpose. Meex will also use academics in the region to give viewers clear explanations of what is important and what is less relevant.
