I focus my attention on S&P 500 futures trading. I will trade the Emini S and P 500 futures market from 9:30 am EST when the opening bells rings at the NYSE, the stock market in the US. The Emini S&P 500 or "ES" is an underlying symbol for the real S&P500 futures market. Due to a significant reduced margin requirements, it is the most liquid and prestigious market for daytraders and futures traders worldwide.
