Obi James

Obi James is a Finnish-Nigerian Executive Coach who specialises in creating inclusive cultures of shared leadership and empowered relationships where every individual can thrive. A former vice president in HR, she spent over 10 years successfully developing leaders and teams across large multinational organisations, including Deloitte, Bank of America, Morgan Stanley and Northern Trust before she set up her consultancy business in 2006. She has since successfully coached hundreds of leaders and leadership teams globally, across both public and private sectors. She is an experienced global keynote speaker and has spoken on topics such as inclusive strategy development and leadership in a hybrid world. Obi has won global industry awards for her work on leadership development and for her dedication to inclusion. She is a judge for the annual Business Book Awards (BBA) and author of forthcoming book, Let Go Leadership - how inclusive leaders share power to drive high performance.
