A trail that will tell the historical story based on the accounts of pilgrims over the centuries. Anyone, regardless of religion or origin, will be able to connect with history and embark on an inner journey, over and above the physical effort, at the end of which pilgrims will lay their hands on those places in Jerusalem that matter most to them. "The Way to Jerusalem" passes through towns and rural communities. The idea stems from a desire to change, even slightly, how we, as a global community, relate to each other and talk to each other, as we realize everybody's need for connection, multi-nationalism, sharing, tolerance and patience - like the city itself.
