TheWeatherOutlook (TWO) is UK based and offers short, medium and long range weather forecasts. Since TWO was established in January 2000 by Brian Gaze it has gone on to become one of the UK's leading private weather organisations. He went on to spend several years researching the development and application of expert systems before setting up his own information technology company providing consultancy to a wide range of financial services companies. Brian has been enthusiastic about the weather since the long hot summer of 1976, enjoying both hot and sunny as well as cold and snowy conditions!
