Gavin S. Baker is currently the managing partner and CIO of Atreides Management, LP which he founded in 2019. Atreides Management, LP is a cross-over fund which invests in high growth consumer and technology companies both publicly and privately with a long term time horizon. He graduated from Dartmouth College in 1999 with a double major in History and Economics. He worked at Fidelity Investments as an analyst and portfolio manager from 1999-2017. Gavin Baker was most recently the portfolio manager of the Fidelity OTC fund from June 2009 through September 2017. During his tenure, the $17 billion Fidelity OTC fund compounded at over 19% net of fees, outperformed over 99% of its Morningstar peers and won 6 Lipper awards. Gavin Baker lives in Boston, MA with his wife Becky Painter Baker who is an analyst and portfolio manager at Fidelity Investments.
