Educators and parents want schools where every student feels seen, heard, valued and safe. But too many are navigating conflict, inequity, and cultural tension without real training or support. This platform exists to change that. I developed the URG Framework and a Formula for Equitable Discipline: (Restorative Circles + Restorative Consequences) × URG Circles build understanding. Consequences build accountability. URG:(Understand, Repair, and Grow) is the mindset and system multiplier. Education opened my world, taking me from being an orphan on welfare to a first-generation college graduate, educator, and leader. My mission is to help schools build learning spaces rooted in equity, empathy, and real human connection.
