My channel is about staying in motion when you’re over 40, even though you may be getting old, may be injured and you may have a love for tacos and beer like me. Why walk your dog around the park without also getting in some sets of push ups, step ups, dips, lunges, etc.? I’m a life long martial artist who lived a wild life and somehow i’m still here. There are many exercises that i can’t do anymore because of my injuries, but i’ve adapted my program accordingly. Follow me for back yard boxing/MA training and workouts in the park, you don’t have to be an accomplished athlete to follow my workouts, just stay moving and do what your body allows. A rolling stone gathers no moss. My goal is to inspire and motivate my friends to get up and move.
