This channel By Dr. X is dedicated to illuminating the illegal aspects of Domestic Intelligence (DOMINT) Ops and Counter-Terrorism Ops run in part thru DHS-funded Threat Fusion Centers. Post-Patriot Act, the rogue operators within the intelligence community began targeting innocent Americans as "Potential Threats" & "Terrorists." Federal agencies then began to farm out contracts to Private Intelligence Agencies owned by retired federal cronies to overtly "monitor" & harass the "targets."
